Please take a moment to fill out the form. 3:16 Kids Dream is excited to announce 2025 Kids Summer Camp, for Ages 5-15yrs. The first 100 Kids to register online and show up for in-Person Open Enrollment will be entered into our fun giveaways, Family fun Day on June 1st and Last day to Registry. Parents will need to bring Medicaid Card to Register their kids.

In-Person Open Enrollment Dates:

*May 20th at 5-7pm.

* May 21st at 5pm -7pm.

*May 25 at 11am - 12pm

*June 1 at 10am -1pm (Last Day)

Fun Learning activities, Arts, Sports, Adventure, Free Breakfast & Lunch.

Summer Camp will begin on June 9 - July 11, 2025
